Damages and issues

Please inspect your order when you receive it and contact us immediately (Within 24 Hours) if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item. Please take photographs and include these when contacting us. We will evaluate the issue and get it sorted right away.

Exceptions / non-returnable items

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items, gift cards, (or any special promotional bundles). Please get in touch if you have questions.

Courier / Freight Conditions

To minimise the possibility of theft or mis-delivery it is advised that someone be available at the delivery address when your order is expected for delivery. Tracking will be provided for online orders and will be advised on the day of dispatch through the use of email automation.
If your order is not received within 5 working days from the date of purchase, you should contact us (Dominate Ag Supplies Ltd) at team@dominateag.co.nz as soon as possible (within 24 hours).

Delivery to a P.O Box will take longer than usual, Dominate Ag Supplies Ltd makes no commitment to time frames or timely delivery of packages sent to a P.O Box address.

Returns

'Change of mind returns' will need to be returned at the cost to the customer. We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return and let you know if the return was approved. If approved, you will be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
(Dominate Ag Supplies Ltd reserves the right to deny 'change of mind returns', and also the right to issue a store credit if Dominate Ag Supplies Ltd or a Dominate authorised representative sees fit).

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To start a return, you can contact us at team@dominateag.co.nz. If your return is accepted, we’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Unless by prior arrangement, all shipping costs are paid by the customer. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Change of Mind Returns

All items that are returned because of a 'change of mind' will incur a 10% restocking fee. If the item is returned to us without packaging, a 20% restocking fee will be applied.

Conditions of Sale and Warranty – Eco Plant Wash 

All warranties apply to the original purchaser only. Proof of purchase must be produced at the time of claim, and all warranties are non-transferrable.

All Eco Plant Wash (EPW) products are covered by the manufacturer’s warranty for product quality and integrity at the time of purchase. While EPW is manufactured to a high standard and tested for effectiveness under a range of conditions, its performance may be affected by factors outside our control — including environmental conditions, the presence of other substances, or the method of application. The user assumes all risk associated with the use, storage, and application of this product where it is not used strictly in accordance with the label and usage directions.

Warranty claim items must be approved by the manufacturer or an authorised representative of the manufacturer. Dominate Ag Supplies Ltd will in no event be held liable for reparations or replacement if the warranty is declined by the manufacturer or its authorised representative. Any liability, expressed or implied, is limited to the purchase price paid for the product(s) detailed in the warranty claim.

In no event shall Dominate Ag Supplies Ltd or its suppliers be liable for any damages (including, without limitation, damages for loss of data or profit, or due to business interruption) arising out of the use or inability to use materials purchased through dominateag.co.nz or any authorised Dominate sales channels, even if Dominate Ag Supplies Ltd or an authorised representative has been notified orally or in writing of the possibility of such damage.

To the extent permitted by New Zealand law — including under the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 and the Fair Trading Act 1986 — Dominate Ag Supplies Ltd and its distributors make no warranties, expressed or implied, regarding the merchantability or fitness of this product for any particular purpose not expressly stated on the label.

Nothing in this statement is intended to exclude or limit rights which you may have under New Zealand consumer law. If this product is acquired for business use, you agree that the provisions of the Consumer Guarantees Act 1993 do not apply.
