Shipping policy

1. Shipping Rates & Free Freight

  • Orders under $99: Standard rates apply. All rates are generated by the courier software 'GoSweetSpot' - pricing is direct from the courier portal

  • Orders $99 and above: Free freight anywhere in New Zealand (excluding Great Barrier, Chatham & Stewart Islands).

Delivery times vary depending on location and courier networks. Expect delivery within 1–5 working days under normal conditions.

2. Tracking Your Order

  • You’ll receive an email once your order has been packed and the courier is booked.

  • If you don’t receive a tracking email, check your junk folder or note that you may have used a phone number instead of an email to log in.

  • Tracking is provided by third parties and may not always be perfectly accurate.

3. Dispatch Times

  • Orders placed before 2:00 PM (Mon–Fri) generally ship the same day.

  • Orders placed on weekends or public holidays will be dispatched the next business day.

  • We will do our best to ship urgent orders quickly, but this cannot be guaranteed.

4. Changing Your Address

  • Delivery addresses can only be changed prior to dispatch.

  • Once a parcel has been dispatched, we cannot change the address.

  • Please double-check your details before completing checkout.

5. Cancelling an Order

  • Orders can be cancelled before they are collected by the courier.

  • Once collected, the refund process must be followed.

6. PO Box Deliveries

  • Dominate Ag Supplies ships to PO Box addresses using postal services only.

  • Courier services are not available for PO Box deliveries.

7. Out-of-Stock Items

  • We strive to keep stock levels accurate, but issues may occur.

  • If an item is out of stock, we will contact you:

    • You can choose to ship in-stock items immediately.

    • You may wait for the backordered item.

    • You may request a refund for the out-of-stock item or the entire order.

8. Lost Packages & Replacements

  • Replacement or refund for lost packages will only be issued after the courier deems the parcel missing.

  • Courier investigation time frames may vary.

9. Damaged Parcels

  • If you suspect damage, sign as “STI” (subject to inspection) or reject the parcel from the courier.

  • Contact us immediately after rejecting or signing STI.

  • If the parcel is signed for in good condition, we may not be able to provide a replacement.

10. Shipping Rates & Live Calculation

  • Shipping rates are calculated live at checkout based on weight, dimensions and destination.

  • We do not profit from courier charges.

11. Courier Options in New Zealand

  • We try to offer a minimum of two courier options for most areas.

  • Some remote or limited service areas may only display one option.

12. Expected Transit Times

  • Delivery time varies by region.

  • Most orders arrive within 2–7 business days.

13. Insurance

  • Dominate Ag Supplies does not offer or imply insurance for shipments.

14. Shipping Issues at Checkout

  • If you encounter an error at checkout (“we can’t ship your package”), email us immediately.

  • We will work with the courier or shipping platform to resolve the issue where possible.

15. Warranty Returns

  • We will honour valid warranty claims in accordance with our Warranty & Refund Policy.

  • Customers must pre-pay return shipping.

  • Upon a successful warranty claim, we will reimburse reasonable return shipping costs.

16. Signature & Authority to Leave (ATL)

  • All orders are sent ATL (Authority To Leave) unless specified otherwise.

  • If your parcel goes missing and you did not select ‘Signature Required’, we are not liable for loss.

  • If choosing ATL, specify a safe place in the “order note” at checkout.

  • We are not responsible for parcels stolen after delivery.
